BRT Supporters, mark your calendar for the upcoming Special Town Meeting on October 1st! The Town of Bourne will be voting on a $50,000 funding request for design and engineering of the first phase of the Bourne Rail Trail. In order for the funding to be made available to the project, voters must approve the funding request on October 1, 2018. The BRT project is making exciting progress and we hope to see many supporters on October 1st!

The Friends of the Bourne Rail Trail are hosting their first ever TrailFest at Aptucxet Trading Post in Bourne! Join us for a day of family fun including a 5k bike ride along the Cape Cod Canal, local food from Monks Cove Oysters, beer tasting with Naukabout, ice cream sundaes and bike carnival ride for the kids, and a raffle and silent auction. The Friends of the Bourne Rail Trail will also be giving a progress update on the Bourne Rail Trail.
